Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Orders are typically shipped either the same or next business day. Typical transit time is 1 - 3 days.
All orders $99+ will receive free shipping.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, simply e-mail us at: email@example.com with your order number and details within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will provide you with a prepaid return label once your return has been processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Discounted items are considered final sale. Returns/refunds will be given on a case by case basis.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should first contact us for a prepaid return label.
If you receive a refund for a non-defective item, you may be responsible for the shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
